Hello friends,
This is Amar Meda .I am a medical doctor by degree.I have experimented with habits on myself from past few years .I always wondered WHY ? same thing makes feel different people in differently.So i then understood its all in the brain.I am more into Preventive Medicine ,so I am integrating multiple aspects of health from Western medicine, Habit Building ,Human Physiology ,Age old Indian traditions, Behavioural Psychology.
