The Habit Centre is a place where we guide you build some effective habits for healthy & holistic lifestyle for all the age groups from 5 years till 80 years.

Our purpose is to work for a long term healthy lifestyle.

We believe in educating you & at the same time building effective habits simultaneously.Our intention is to make you independently work on yourself with in the committed time.

Why are habits important ?

3.Habits compound with time & easy to maintain in long run ( Positive habits )

4.Habits are the anchors for life, helps us to come out of the storms of life.

What is a habit ?

Habit is an act where we train our body to do things without any guidance from our mind.So we do things automatically no matter what happens in life.

Eg: We brush our teeth no matter, What happens in our life as it became our habits but we do not eat on time & sleep on time.Why do you think so ?

How can we help you build habits at The Habit centre?

1.We apply principles from Behavioural Psychology, Human Physiology, Anatomy , Western medicine & Ayurveda in a simple & sustainable way.

3.We identify the keystone habits for you after a detailed analysis of your daily routine.

4.We use habit tracker calendar( order from amazon ) & user manual for each habit in customised way for each participant

5.We work with participants who can give a commitment of at least 1 month.

6.We recommend 2 personal/online meetings, One in the beginning & one after a month, Weekly review & a monthly feedback session during 2nd visit/online session.

The 1st meeting takes 45 minutes & the 2nd monthly feed back session takes less than 30 minutes.

So you spend less than 90 minutes per month with us.

How long does it take take to build habits ?

After working with 40+ individuals for around 2 years, we found a pattern i.e.

In the 1st month habit fluctuates,

In the 2nd month habit gets stabilised,

In the 3rd month habit gets established & you experience a clear change in your lifestyle.

It also changes based on the habit you choose &motivation of the individual.

We recommend 2-3 months for effective results.

As it is a slow process, we request you to be patient.
