It depends on the type of habit & person’s motivation. It may take anywhere between few weeks to a year.
E.g. Meditating 5 min daily takes 2- 3 weeks, whereas quitting smoking takes at least 6 months.

We use Habit trackers, Pomodoro timer etc. based on the type of habit. You can order them from your amazon account.
5.DO YOU GUIDE US ONLINE/OFFLINE?
We guide both online & Offline.
We can also help online but we observed much better results offline.
6.HOW DO YOU HELP US BUILD HABITS?
We work only if you can give a minimum commitment of 1 month.
We spend around 30 minutes with each person to know their daily routine when we listen to you with an open heart. If we have anything important to know, we ask you after you shared your story. We record your daily routine & You tell us what you want to change like, Weight loss / Anger management / Sleeping problems etc.
Later we identify some habits & you track them on a daily basis. We would follow you up with a weekly review. After a month, we meet for monthly review & make changes.
